About Fairfax FC

The Sports, Performance & Agency Division of Fairfax Partners Inc. Fairfax FC is the sports and performance division of our venture capital platform—and the heartbeat of our belief that sport can drive real change. As both investor and agency, we do more than manage talent or deploy capital—we help build futures. We back clubs, players, and communities with long-term capital, strategic guidance, and a values-driven approach to representation. Unlike traditional agencies, we ensure value remains in the hands of the players and the grassroots organizations that developed them. We believe in alignment, not exploitation—and in building systems that reward loyalty, talent, and growth.
