About Fairholt Projects Ltd

Fairholt Projects is a boutique design and build construction practice delivering integrated residential, commercial and healthcare projects across London and the South East. We operate under a single, coordinated delivery framework — bringing together architecture, interior design, building services, technology and construction to provide clear leadership from concept through to completion. Our approach is structured and professionally led. By engaging early, shaping briefs collaboratively and coordinating disciplines from the outset, we reduce fragmentation, resolve technical interfaces early and maintain control over programme, cost and risk throughout delivery. Our experience spans: • High-end residential refurbishment and structural reconfiguration • Commercial shell & core, CAT A and CAT B fit-outs • Industrial and mixed-use environments • Healthcare projects delivered within live, regulated settings We are particularly experienced in operating within occupied or operational environments, where careful sequencing, compliance-led planning and clear communication are essential. While our governance and delivery standards reflect those of a commercial contractor, our structure remains deliberately boutique. Senior leadership stays closely involved, ensuring clarity, accountability and consistent oversight at every stage of the project. From concept to completion, we deliver well-considered, well-built environments through integrated leadership and disciplined execution. 📩 hello@fairholt-projects.co.uk 🌐 www.fairholt-projects.co.uk
