About Faithorn Farrell Timms

We are a multi award-winning, quality-led surveying and property consultancy practice offering high level, in-house expertise across a wide scope of specialist disciplines. Founded in 2001, we are committed to delivering outstanding client value through exceptional quality. Our widely trusted reputation has been cemented through a solution-finding approach, backed by accredited expertise, Senior Partner-level project and relationship management, with considerable investment in recruitment, training and development, alongside a culture of ethics and honesty. Social value is embedded in our make-up. We believe in the importance of investing in people’s futures and actively support career progression through CPD training and apprenticeship schemes, amongst other initiatives. Extending this to the wider community, our own registered charity, Effinity Charitable Foundation, was founded with the goal of providing disadvantaged younger people with opportunities for self-improvement. By focusing on the bigger picture and considering every party’s involvement in a project, we are able to help our clients draw the most from their investments. More than this, we are able to ensure maximum benefits for the wider community, the economy and the environment, further buoying our social value commitment. We are passionate about providing innovative and agile solutions to our clients strategic, managerial and operational challenges. Our consultancy teams operate at the forefront of contemporary disciplines such as Strategic Asset Management, Procurement, Health & Safety and Fire Engineering, as well as the traditional disciplines of Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Architecture.
