About Family Empowerment Centers

Founded as a non-profit, in 2002, Family Empowerment Centers (“FEC” or “the Center”) is a faith-based community resource center. Our vision is to reach the at-risk and under-served populations of the Rogers Park neighborhood by coming alongside those facing challenges in urban America.
