About Family Promise of Greater CLE

Family Promise provides shelter and supportive services for up to 21 families at a time in a former elementary school building in Cleveland’s Mt. Pleasant neighborhood. The agency serves an average of 75 families that consist of 200 individuals each year, the majority of which are children with an average age of 4 years old. While the agency serves families of any composition, as long as children are involved, it has a special focus on serving young families.
