About Family Therapy Center Of Madison, Inc.

FTCM is a leader among mental health resources in the Madison community. We welcome and serve diverse populations with highly qualified and trusted clinicians who are both respected and respectful. These independent practitioners of psychiatry, psychology, and clinical social work provide the breadth, depth, versatility, and flexibility to serve the community’s current and future mental health needs. Family Therapy Center of Madison, Inc. (FTCM), located in Madison, WI, is seeking mental health clinicians to join our lively and well-respected group practice of independent contractors. Openings are available for psychiatrists, therapists (LCSW, LPC or LMFT) and psychologists who are licensed to practice independently in Wisconsin and who wish to practice as independent contractors, rather than as employees. At Family Therapy Center of Madison Inc., we support the mental health of all people who have experienced oppression and marginalization in our community, both currently and historically. This includes Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC), including Latinx and Asian people, as well as LGBTQ+ individuals and people with disabilities. We acknowledge that structural racism results in disparate mental health outcomes for these groups. We are committed to approaching our work through a social justice and anti-oppressive lens. We strive to be anti-racist, inclusive, and to use affirmative practices. We continue to work towards a deeper understanding of White privilege by education, self-reflection, and ongoing discussion. We invite our clients and colleagues to hold us accountable by asking questions, providing feedback, and exploring social justice topics in our work together. Please send inquiries, including cover letter and CV or resume to: receptionist@ftcm.org. FTCM encourages individuals with lived and/or professional experiences navigating race, gender, sexuality, disability, and other identities to send inquiries per the information above.
