About FareRx

At FareRx we believe that food is medicine. Our wellness and grocery delivery program helps health insurance plans improve health outcomes, member satisfaction, and member retention. FareRx builds localized grocery delivery programs with complete menus of fresh foods that we hand-deliver to members on a recurring basis. Our menus are chef planned and dietician reviewed to maximize nutritional density and improve member wellness. We treat members like family through our intentionally-analog approach to Member Hospitality; providing accessible, high-touch care from program enrollment to final delivery, addressing several key Social Determinants of Health along the way.
