About Farnaz Coaching Loft

Hi there, I am Farnaz and I help clients 'Come Home to Themselves'. Drawing from my own 13-year expat journey, I understand the profound importance of finding a sense of belonging within, regardless of geographical location. As an expat, I've experienced firsthand the challenges of adapting to new environments, cultures, and identities. This journey led me to realize that true 'home' isn't solely a physical space, but a deep, nurturing connection with oneself. Through compassionate coaching, I support women on their path to self-discovery and self-compassion. My approach is rooted in the understanding that the first step towards empowerment is coming 'home' to your authentic self. I've walked the same path of inner transformation, transitioning from a corporate career at Apple to coaching. This journey has given me invaluable insights into the intricacies of personal growth within a multicultural context. I've learned that true fulfillment arises from aligning inner aspirations with outer endeavors. I specialize in guiding women, leveraging my own experiences to help them overcome the inner critic that often stifles growth. Through compassionate coaching, I empower women to rewrite their narratives, moving from victimhood to empowerment. My multicultural background equips me with a sensitivity to the nuances of personal growth within diverse contexts. I've honed the art of active listening, fostering an environment where clients feel heard and valued. Embarking on this transformative journey with me means delving into a realm of self-discovery and inner healing, ultimately unlocking your potential.
