About farol-stay Hospitality

farol-stay is a tokenized impact-hospitality project in Parajuru, Brazil. We combine a boutique hotel with measurable social outcomes: operating revenues help fund a school (120 children) and a children’s home (100 young people). Investors participate via ERC-20 tokens issued through a Luxembourg SARL (MiCAR-ready). The structure is asset-backed, with a 10% p.a. target return, transparent reporting, and up to 21 complimentary nights for eligible investors. Our focus: resilient hospitality demand, strong governance, annual impact/ESG reports, and aligned incentives between investors, guests, and the local community.
