Formed in 2000, the Frozen at Sea Fillet Association (FASFA) is a trade organisation representing international fishing companies, fishing trawlers and distributors of sustainably sourced frozen at sea (FAS) cod and haddock fillets. The FASFA vision is for a thriving, sustainable and profitable fish and chip industry in the UK through the provision of high quality frozen at sea cod and haddock fillets sourced from responsibly managed stocks in the North Atlantic.
