About Fasquia | Engineering & Construction Management

We provide engineering, project management, coordination and control services for signature Real Estate projects across Portugal. Our team of engineers guides and assists clients from the conception to the completion of the works. Putting trust and reliability first, we help them navigate technical complexities, deadlines and administrative matters. The technical experience of our engineers is the cornerstone of Fasquia’s identity. We always ensure that our projects bring a positive value to their location - from the city, surroundings and community. To prevent financial losses and delays but also to remove any doubts prior to starting works, we thoroughly crosscheck and verify the information from all of the parties involved on the projects. We provide technical analysis reports and validate the specified requirements in line with the client's intention and the applicable legal requirements. Lastly, we optimise the different review, procurement, management and coordination stages of each project to ensure smooth deliveries.
