About Father and Mother Figure

Henk Redmond, founder and chairman of Father and Mother Figure (FMF), has a track-record in coaching-projects in The Netherlands and in Suriname. From the perspective of "it takes a village to raise a child" this organization was founded in 2012. Many young people experience the lack of a father figure. Due to the contribution of FMF more than 100 young people were intensively coached by one of our coaches. This means that also more than 100 volunteers have risen to be a coach and implemented their coaching skills into practice. The benefits are twofolds. That is something to be proud of. FMF has the vision to enlarge her territory by servicing more young people in Suriname. Besides it services companies by adding value to their Corporate Social Responsibility. The focus is: ‘To coach young people en entrepreneurs who need inspiration and support’.
