About Fathom App

Fathom is a modern legacy-planning app designed to help people reflect, prepare, and be remembered. We provide a secure, compassionate space where users can record final wishes, write letters to loved ones, share meaningful life lessons, and preserve their voice for future generations. Born from personal loss, Fathom was created to make end-of-life planning more human — less about paperwork, and more about peace, purpose, and connection. Whether you're documenting your story or guiding someone through theirs, Fathom makes the process simple, digital, and deeply personal. We believe that legacy is not just what we leave behind — it's how we make others feel when we're no longer here. 📲 Available soon on iOS and Android 🌍 Join us in redefining how the world prepares for the end — with empathy, clarity, and love.
