FFBA Consulting is a leading Spanish company in the measurement of the patient experience and NPS in Spain, Chile, Colombia and Mexico. We also have clients in Argentina, Peru, Panama, the Dominican Republic, Brazil, Portugal and Jamaica. With our INDAGA we have developed a standardized system for capturing patient satisfaction, experience and interactions. We provide national and international benchmarks to set the data in perspective. We also developed INDAGA RECLAMA, a claims, complaints and suggestions manager for patients that can work independently or in conjunction with INDAGA. With INDAGA AVISOS we communicate the hospital with their patients to notify them in real time of events, results, etc. MyINDAGA allows personalized access of every doctor's patient satisfaction results.
