With over 1,300 members in over 46 countries, FCSI members offer a wide range of consulting services including concept development, feasibility studies, food safety, design, marketing, operations and training. For over 50 years, The Americas has helped its members enhance their professionalism by keeping them informed of the latest developments and trends in the foodservice industry, by providing continuing education and serving as a vital link to the various retail and non-commercial (institutional) industry components.
