About Featherstone Capital Partners LLP

Featherstone Capital Partners is a UK-regulated investment management and advisory firm authorised by the UK FCA, specialising in asset-backed financing, HALO (Heavy Assets, Low Obsolescence) trade investment strategy, venture debt, asset-backed financing, Shariah-compliant leasing and real estate. Since being co-founded in 2008, the firm has built an audited SICAV-SIF fund track record spanning more than a decade, with its professionals having originated in excess of EUR 500m in private market transactions across primary markets in Europe and the GCC. We support institutional investors, family offices and high-net-worth individuals with disciplined capital allocation, risk governance and long-term portfolio strategy within asset-backed financing and related alternatives. Our origination and structuring capabilities combine institutional underwriting standards with the agility required by entrepreneurial and multi-generational capital. Our investment philosophy prioritises capital preservation, structured downside protection, and rigorous risk management across market cycles. In addition to investment management and regulated funds, Featherstone Capital Partners provides tailored managed accounts and advisory services, with deep expertise in bespoke solutions ranging from €1m–€30m in private market financing. We also advise family office boards and governance bodies on the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) within investment and operational frameworks - including AI-assisted portfolio monitoring, scenario analysis, reporting optimisation and governance controls - implemented in a measured, fiduciary-aligned manner. Independent, discreet and alignment-driven, Featherstone Capital Partners serves as a long-term steward of capital and strategic partner for investors navigating increasingly complex markets.
