About FEKRA Consulting, Egypt

FEKRA Consulting LLC celebrates 10 years of delivering successful and implementable advice to business owners and senior executives in Egypt. We work with family-owned companies to support them in transformation and organization development as they grow over time, or as they transition from the founding generation, to the next. Our advice is tailored to the specific situation and needs of each client, the sector they operate in, and the priorities of action needed at the time of engagement. We act with diligence and commitment to client success, and we engage client management and teams fully as we do it. We also work in the sustainability and development sector, where we support organizations in enhancing their impact over time, improve outcomes of specific projects, or plan their programs and strategies better. We have unique experience in supporting social enterprises, established to address a social cause, while achieving financial independence from their products or services.
