About Fenixys

Fenixys is a consulting firm founded by Eric Rosso in 2016 to meet the needs of financial institutions with ambitious IT transformation goals for their capital markets activities. The main challenges faced by these institutions are: - IT transformation is not their core activity - The depth and breadth of the required transformation - The plethora of IT systems, developed in-house or by third-party system vendors that are targeted by this transformation - Finding the right way to collaborate efficiently with third-party system vendors and system integrators to achieve a common goal - Controlling the cost of far-reaching and strategic transformation Fenixys’ team has unmatched experience delivering complex capital markets IT transformation programs to the world’s leading financial institutions. Even though we are a relatively new player in the market, we are driving customers away from unrealistic and costly goals towards cost-efficient and small but frequent business-orientated deliveries. We believe that no single actor will revolutionise the capital markets IT ecosystem. The shift relies on building a strong business-IT partnership, smaller more efficient teams with clear business value delivery goals and leveraging the people and organisations who have the right business and technological knowhow. Fenixys is a new catalyst bringing together unmatched transformation delivery experience, an understanding of business needs, new methodologies and the latest technologies with the aim of simplifying the capital markets IT ecosystem.
