About Ferreira Inc

Ferreira INC is more than a builder… We are your trusted building resource on the central coast. We love building almost as much as we love people. Valuing our clients and partners means meeting their needs. Clients needs vary but one thing remains; the need for a firm that thinks outside the box and delivers on what they promise. This is the most satisfying part of being in the building industry and why Ferreira INC was created. Based out of San Luis Obispo on the central coast of California we primarily service San Luis and Santa Barbara Counties but don’t stop there. We continue to expand bringing the Ferreira INC approach to the central valley, Montery, Ventura, San Diego, Kern, Fresno, and San Bernadino counties. Many of our services and products have no practical geographic limitations making great value available to you where ever life takes you. Our goal is to see people- no matter what stage of development they are in (beginning to dream or actually starting to build, remodel, or buy property)- have all the information, tools, and help they need to make educated and correct decisions. With the Ferreira INC team involved you can dismiss all the fear and uncertainty that can arise with taking on a construction project. We look forward to serving you and making your project a success.
