Our goal is to fill a void in providing project management and consulting to clients across sectors for projects both under development and through to construction, with a specialized focus on providing owner’s representation. We take pride in being well-versed in the arenas of energy, civil construction, environment, corporate organizational structure, process design and implementation, policy and regulatory, as well as others. We strive to provide our clients with a project management and development consulting company with experience working across industries and jurisdictions. FIA believes in purpose-fitting our core competencies into our clients’ organization and projects, with the ability to integrate fully into the project team as well as advise on specialized files as needed. Based on the need of each client, FIA will tailormake each proposal and remain agile throughout all phases of the project.
