About Field Intelligence Tribe

Welcome to Field Intelligence Tribe - FIT. We exist for the 20% in organizations who already sense it: that the real solutions to today's organizational challenges aren't found in another framework or management model. They're found in the deeper currents — the workings of the mind, the intelligence of systems, the science of the field, and the quiet power of consciousness. For leaders in organisations: If you're a leader who knows change is necessary and is asking HOW... you've arrived at the right place. FIT is where conscious leaders, changemakers, and pioneers gather to work with what's underneath: undercurrents, collective patterns, spiritual intelligence, and the quantum leaps that shift organisations from the inside out. We bring this work to the very real challenges organisations face today, and the seismic shifts that AI is already accelerating. We offer a safe space to test, to explore and to bring it to the organisation without disruption. For the 20%, regardless of position: Meet up at the VIBE Tribe — a living, breathing gathering of souls dedicated to enhancing the field we all share. Because when the field shifts, everything shifts. With weekly and monthly intentional calls, deepening educational materials in the portal, and occasional guest hosts, we make sure your energetic field and awareness grow just as ours does. We are a concentric organisation and create a ripple effect through our ecosystem with the Field Catalysts. Together, we are here for one purpose: uplifting humanity, through the organisations. FIT is all about field-intelligent work. And it starts here. We'd love to meet you, and feel free to connect with us personally. Much love, The Founders Elsbeth van Lienden, Marieke van der Meché, Mario Haneca & Nienke van Bezooijen
