About FIJA Film Festival

We are thrilled to announce the second edition of the International Festival of Young Actors – FIJA, taking place from April 11 to 19, 2025 in Paris. Created and organized by a team of industry professionals — Etienne Faure, Jean-Stéphane Sauvaire, Dominique Frot, Jean-Pierre Lavoignat — FIJA is held in collaboration with the City of Paris and key figures in the world of cinema. FIJA is a groundbreaking film event that aims to become an annual gathering for the new generation of actors and actresses. Centered around a competition of feature and short films from around the world, FIJA highlights films where the lead role is performed by a young actor or actress under the age of 27. In addition to screenings, the festival hosts talks and panel discussions with professionals from the film industry — agents, casting directors, actors, and more. With a diverse program of films and events, FIJA is committed to promoting diversity, innovation, and artistic excellence in contemporary cinema.
