About Filmatic Packaging Systems Pty Ltd

Since 1979 Filmatic Packaging Systems have been engineering and supplying complete liquid filling and packaging solutions to manufacturers across Africa and internationally. Part of the Trepko Group and trusted by over 7000 manufacturers worldwide, we have spent over four decades solving the challenge every manufacturer faces. Getting a complete bottling and packaging system that performs reliably, fits their operation, and is supported by one partner who stays involved from day one. We cover the full line. From blow molding and bottle feeding through to filling, capping, labelling, and end of line case packing and palletising. Every system is entirely designed and built around a client's specific requirements, their product, their containers, their capacity, and their goals. Not a catalogue solution. A system built for your plant. Our equipment works across the full range of container formats including PET and HDPE bottles, bag in a box, sachets, cups and tubs, buckets, jerry cans, glass, cans, butter bricks, and margarine blocks. Lines can handle multiple cap types, bottle formats, and different products without compromising on output. Built to be robust, operator-friendly, and engineered for minimal downtime and low maintenance from day one. We work with startups finding their feet, mid-size producers scaling up, and large manufacturers running high-speed lines. The scale changes. The approach does not. Behind every project is a team of mechanical and electrical engineers, field technicians, and aftersales specialists based in Paarl, South Africa, who stay involved from the initial brief through to commissioning and long after the line goes live. Because a system is only as good as the people who stand behind it.
