AI is great inside a company. Findiy makes it work between them. Findiy is an agentic AI system designed to operate across companies in the global CPG ecosystem. While most AI tools function within a single organization, Findiy works between organizations where real commercial decisions stall, coordination breaks down, and execution depends on manual follow-up. At its core, Findiy is a multi-agent orchestration layer that forms judgements, proposes governed decisions, and executes coordinated actions across retailers, brands, brokers, distributors, food service operators, manufacturers, 3PLs and service providers. Data is never exposed for analysis or exploration. Instead, it is treated as raw cognitive material used internally by agents to decide what should happen next and to carry execution forward. Findiy integrates syndicated data such as product truth, commercial performance, location context, retail structures, distribution readiness, and interaction history to strengthen judgement and execution reliability. These inputs, when matched with company data, are converted into signals, interpreted in context, and combined with company-specific constraints to produce opinionated, time-bound decisions. When human governance is required, Findiy presents a clear decision proposal that users can approve, modify, or decline. Once authorized, autonomous agents manage inter-company execution end to end, handling coordination, validation, communication, and follow-through without chasing. Every action and outcome feeds persistent memory, allowing Findiy to learn what converts, what stalls, and why.
