Rappresenta e assiste bar, ristoranti, pizzeria, gelaterie, pasticcerie, discoteche, stabilimenti balneari, ma anche mense, ristorazione multilocalizzata, emettitori buoni pasto e casinò. At national level, FIPE is a member of Confcommercio (Italian General Confederation of Trade, Tourism and Services) which is the main organization in the tertiary sector and, togheter with other associations, represents the Tourism Industry (Confturismo).
