About First Stop News

First Stop News is a fresh twist on a traditional format. We are delivering fast-paced and digestible weekly episodes created for a tween audience. The show will publish every Friday where we’ll cover breaking news and current events, and also provide deep-dive explainers and kid-centric stories. Produced by professional journalists, in collaboration with educators, First Stop News will break down what’s happening around the world in a way that’s easy for 8-year-olds and above to understand.
