About FISENS GmbH

FISENS delivers holistic fiber optic sensing solutions, specializing in the development, manufacturing, and promotion of cutting-edge systems for vertical integration into diverse industries. Our expertise is rooted in a proprietary femtosecond laser process that fully automates the production of Fiber Bragg Gratings (FBGs) and unique FISENS Diffraction Gratings directly within the core of standard telecom fibers. These integral components form a seamlessly integrated, cost-effective sensing system, empowering our clients to monitor a wide range of variables, including temperature, strain, and force at any desired point along the fiber. Remarkably slender, with a thickness comparable to human hair - much like an artificial nerve - FISENS sensing fibers can be effortlessly incorporated into your application. This attribute equips them with the ability to perceive their surroundings effectively, offering unparalleled versatility for various industrial applications.
