About Fit Me SV · Modern Pilates Studio · Ketchum, Idaho

Fit Me SV is Ketchum’s go-to studio for Modern Mat Pilates + Lagree—where intensity meets intention. We offer precision-led Mat Pilates and Lagree on the MegaPro Megaformer: a machine that transforms the low-impact, high-intensity, full-body training method designed to build strength, endurance, mobility, and body awareness. Expect form-first instruction and intentional cueing that translates directly to mountain life—helping you ski, hike, ride, run, and glide better. Our mission is simple: to help you move better, feel stronger, and live longer, without limitation. Come join us inside an elevated studio space that feels like a fitness sanctuary, backed by a community you genuinely want to show up for.
