Our mission is to offer a state-of-the-art exercise training center that uses innovative, neuroplasticity-based exercise programs to slow the progression of PD, alleviate symptoms, restore function, and enhance the quality of life for those affected by PD, as well as their families and caregivers through education and awareness. Our Parkinson’s Cognitive Fitness Program integrates proven principles and exercises from the Parkinson Wellness Recovery (PWR!) program and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Current research suggests that targeted exercise and learning strategies can protect, repair, and optimize function in individuals with PD. Our proactive rehabilitation approach provides lifelong support starting at diagnosis, grounded in the principles of learning and neuroplasticity.
