We are former pro and collegiate athletes who’ve built an athletic strength training studio in the heart of Old Oakland. Our goal is to foster community through movement by providing the tools, guidance, and space needed to tap into your inner athlete and thrive in everyday life. We believe that every individual who steps through our doors is an athlete, regardless of past experiences or current fitness level. All fitness levels are always welcome at Fitnesse.
