About FIX Logistix

Fix Logistix is an operator-led logistics consulting and supply chain advisory firm specializing in 3PL selection, outsourcing strategy, warehouse operations, logistics technology, and M&A operations due diligence. We help brands, distributors, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), and private equity firms make confident, fact-based decisions grounded in real operational economics. Unlike traditional supply chain consultants, our team consists of former warehouse operators, 3PL executives, and logistics leaders who have built, run, and fixed fulfillment operations from the inside. That hands-on experience shapes our approach: practical, fast, and execution-focused. Not theoretical. We support organizations during their most critical moments: growth, disruption, restructuring, outsourcing, systems upgrades, and acquisitions. Whether you are launching a new fulfillment network, selecting a 3PL partner, stabilizing an underperforming warehouse, implementing or optimizing a WMS, TMS, or OMS, expanding into Europe, or validating logistics risk in a transaction, we stay engaged through execution until results are real and repeatable.
