About FLAE ROBOTICS a.s.

FLÆ Robotics was born out of a passion for artificial intelligence and a vision to transform the hospitality industry. Our mission is to create perfect humanoid staff that enhances guest comfort, simplifies hotel operations, and sets a new standard of service. By leveraging AI, machine learning, and cutting‑edge robotics, we are shaping not only the future of hospitality but also the way people experience services in everyday life. The company was founded by Filip Linek, an entrepreneur with extensive experience in hospitality and co‑owner of the successful PECR hotel complex. His deep understanding of hotel operations and guest needs forms the foundation for creating solutions that genuinely improve quality and efficiency. Technological leadership comes from co‑founder Lukáš Korous, PhD, an AI expert with a background at McKinsey, who leads a top‑tier development team specializing in AI and data science. Our innovative solutions — from humanoid receptionists to holobox technologies — are setting a new standard in hospitality and redefining the guest experience.
