About Flexhome

Flexhome partners with residential property owners and managers to bring flexible living spaces to their properties, ensuring the highest and best use of the real estate while providing a unique amenity to residents. We rent our partners' vacant units and take care of the entire management process, from furnishing to cleaning and even handling minor maintenance items. The result is less hands-on work for our property partners and steady rental income over the term of the 1-3 year lease.
