If you are selling equipment which needs a CE/UKCA marking and you are based outside EU or UK you need an "economic operator" established inside EU or UK. If you do not appoint an Authorised Representative, the importer of the products automatically inherits the duties of the economic operator. Flexrep is established in UK and EU to provide that service.
