About Flight Attendants' Association of Australia (FAAA)
The Flight Attendants’ Association of Australia (FAAA) is the only union in Australia dedicated exclusively to cabin crew. We represent cabin crew members working across nearly every commercial airline operating in the country, advocating for the professional, industrial, and safety interests of flight attendants. Our structure reflects the realities of the industry, with dedicated domestic and international sections to ensure the voices of cabin crew are effectively represented across different operations. The FAAA’s leadership alone brings more than 250 + years of combined cabin crew experience, supported by an extensive network of elected delegates, councillors, and staff who work directly with members across airline bases. Because our organisation is built by cabin crew, for cabin crew, we understand the operational, safety, and workplace challenges of the profession. The FAAA works to secure fair pay and conditions, strengthen safety standards, and ensure cabin crew have a meaningful voice in decisions that affect their work, wellbeing, and careers in aviation.
