About Florbs

Florbs ensures that company data in Google Drive is secure, private, accurate, available, and usable. With Florbs, files in Drive are available only to those who need them, with the appropriate level of permissions, and only for the duration necessary. Florbs software is designed for proactive file security auditing to identify areas of vulnerability and implement preventive measures. It provides an immediately actionable real-time snapshot of file security status, predefined filters for high risk files to help identify potential threats, and a way to instantly revoke or update access permissions for a large number of files at once. Florbs allows organizations to implement security workflows in Google Drive to automatically change or revoke access permissions when files meet a specific criteria. When Google introduced Drive labels in 2023, Florbs immediately recognized their value for enterprises and was the first to integrate Drive labels control into the software. With it, enterprises can ensure their data classification policies are implemented correctly across the entire organization.
