About Florida Youth At Risk

Our Mission: Florida Youth At Risk (FYAR) empowers youth to reach their full potential through transformative experiences in music, stage production, and live performance. By combining accessible arts education with mentorship in financial literacy and mental wellness, we equip young people with essential life skills—confidence, resilience, creativity, and collaboration. Our programs create inclusive spaces where underrepresented youth can discover their voice, strengthen their well-being, and build a foundation for personal and financial stability. Through the arts, we cultivate healthier, more vibrant, and equitable communities. Our Vision: We envision a Florida where every young person discovers their voice, shares their talent, and builds a future grounded in creativity, confidence, and community. Florida Youth At Risk is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting youth through music, mentorship, and community engagement. In 2024–2025, FYAR hosted talent showcases, career workshops, and events with partners such as Walmart, providing youth with real-world experience and public platforms.
