Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton & Taylor LLC was founded on the belief that business objectives can only be achieved by combining strategic and aggressive legal advocacy with government affairs capabilities. Our firm was originally founded in 1996 by New Jersey Governor James Florio after leaving public office and Michael J. Perrucci, well known as a litigation trial attorney in numerous million dollar federal and state cases. The firm continued to expand over the years bringing on more high-level legal professionals adding Douglas J. Steinhardt, former five-term Mayor of Lopatcong, New Jersey and current New Jersey Republican State Party Chairman and most recently, long-term Camden County Freeholder Director Louis Cappelli, Jr. as named Partners.
