Perinatal Services Women transitioning into motherhood are supported in struggles pertaining to mood, identity, relationships, body image, ambivalence, high-risk pregnancy or traumatic birth and recovery experiences. We offer individual and group services for pregnant and postpartum moms and Telehealth groups for women on bed rest. Individual Therapy Children, Adolescents or adults learn strategies to manage their mood, anxiety and stress that utilize their strengths. Issues such as identity formation, trauma, grief and loss and life transitions are explored to promote long-term growth and lasting change. Reflective Supervision & Consultation We have providers that have earned their Infant Mental Health Endorsement® and can provide Individual or Group Reflective Supervision, either in person or through Telehealth.
