About Flowtion

Most AI consultancies sell the dream. We sell the diagnosis. Flowtion is Australia's AI Transformation Partner. We help established Australian businesses become AI-native without the hype, the vendor lock-in, or the 200-slide strategy decks that never get implemented. We work with companies doing $500K–$25M+ in annual revenue with 20–200 employees. Professional services, financial services, healthcare, SaaS, agencies - businesses with complex workflows, compliance requirements, and leadership teams ready to make informed decisions about AI. HOW WE WORK Two tracks. Five offerings. One goal: AI-native. We start by getting leadership aligned. Executive briefings, board workshops, and alignment programs that surface disagreements and build shared understanding before you commit budget. Then we diagnose. Our Audit is a 1-4 week operational intelligence engagement that maps your workflows, quantifies AI opportunities, and delivers an implementation roadmap you own even if you never hire us again. Then we build. AI agents with guardrails. Workflow automations. System integrations and custom solutions. Every engagement includes team training, because tools don't fail, adoption does. For Audit and Build graduates, we offer ongoing optimisation, governance reviews, and strategic advisory on a month-to-month basis. For teams that need practical AI skills, with or without full transformation, we run online programs, workshops, and custom training. WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT We refuse to build without diagnosing first. Our paid Audit is a product you own, not a sales pitch disguised as discovery. No vendor commissions. No platform lock-in. We recommend what works for your business. Milestone-based delivery. All IP and deliverables owned by the client. Built in Brisbane. We understand Australian compliance, business culture, and time zone. START HERE Book a 30-minute scoping call. We'll tell you whether we're a fit, or what to fix first. 1800 FLOW AI · hello@flowtion.ai
