About Flux Consulting Group

Flux Consulting Group is a mobility strategy firm that helps stadiums, large-scale events, and transportation technology companies design and launch efficient, scalable transportation systems. We specialize in access planning, traffic flow optimization, parking and rideshare logistics, and real-world implementation. Our team bridges the gap between strategic planning and hands-on support — ensuring that complex mobility systems don’t just look good on paper, but work under pressure in real time. Whether you’re opening a new venue, hosting a marquee event, or deploying innovative mobility tech, Flux ensures your operations are ready from Day One.
