FLY Mama's vision is to launch an employee benefit program to support women through their pre and postnatal journey including perinatal trauma and loss support. We are Kelly and Michelle. Two friends and professionals passionate about helping Women feel confident, happy, and empowered throughout their motherhood journey. We have different backgrounds-Michelle is a Qualified Women's Health Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor and Kelly is a Specialist Motherhood and Matrescence Coach and Trauma-informed Yoga instructor specialising in pre and post-natal yoga.
