About FlyORKA | The Flight Training Efficiency System

Flight Training is an investment. Most tools focus on pilot certification requirements, not learning. This makes it difficult for students, instructors, and operators to treat flight training as a valuable investment. True Flight Training Efficiency helps you focus your efforts, so every next flight is more valuable. Optimizing for Flight Training Efficiency, treating flight training as an investment is the real competitive advantage for students, instructors, and operators. Getting you there is a problem FlyORKA solves. We’ve developed a system for Flight Training Efficiency and packaged it into an app. The app is built to help students learn faster and makes accountability clear and actionable. Built for mobile and the social era, training is connected and shareable. The system provides progress visibility, turns the flight training process into a habit loop, and centralizes communications, enabling students to move towards their goals with confidence and identify growth opportunities. With FlyORKA, you’ll know how to allocate your efforts where they pay off the most so you can turn flight training into higher returns: reaching higher pilot capabilities and eliminating wasted time and money. Let’s talk if you want to go: * From your value depends on performance to focusing on the process. * From isolation to sharing learning and mutual support. * From training is overwhelming to this is fun. * From dependence to autonomy. * From checking boxes to allocating efforts where it matters most. * From burnout to having a personal engine of growth. * From reducing chaos to improving learning. Our commitment is to create new structures and systems that support and empower sustainable ways of training pilots.
