Foce Property Investments is a residential property development and construction company based in Midrand. We specialise in sectional title developments based on over 20 years of experience. We pride ourselves on high quality units with large future growth potential. Our full portfolio consists of residential, commercial and retails development, sales and rentals, along with a hospitality arm in KZN where we have an exquisite award-winning hotel, Umthunzi Hotel and Conference.
