Workplace equality has never been more important, and Iceland set the standard; consistently ranked best in the world for gender equality, and the first to pass a law to eradicate the gender pay gap. Our name – the Icelandic word for people – is a nod to our own commitment to the issues that matter most within our HR community. Fólk have a hands-on approach to all that we do.
