About Fondacija Stariji brat, starija sestra

The Program that is implemented for almost 20 years now, aims to ensure equal opportunities for children all over B&H to have a healthy childhood and the chance to reach their full potential, having to thank the caring, supportive and sympathetic relationship the Program's volunteers have with them. It is in the volunteers that children see a positive example; with them they spend quality time, gain new skills, get to know new friends and form a more positive sense of self. The mission of the Foundation is to strengthen partnering organizations and volunteers, as well as institutional cooperation with the aim of potentiating the implementation of mentoring programs while also setting a positive example to children and the youth of B&H. The vision is for children and young people to have equal opportunities for developing life skills necessary for a healthy childhood as well as for taking responsibility in building a righteous society. Our general aim is cherishing universal values and contributing to a healthy upbringing through volunteering, support, philanthropy and lobbying.
