About Food Systems Leadership Network

The Food Systems Leadership Network (FSLN) is a national peer learning community that connects and supports food systems leaders working to transform the U.S. food system into one that is just, equitable, and sustainable. Since its launch in 2018, the FSLN has grown into a vibrant network of nearly 4,000 individuals, organizations, and businesses spanning rural, urban, and tribal communities across all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and the District of Columbia. FSLN fosters peer-to-peer learning, strengthens individual and collective leadership capacities, and cultivates collaboration across diverse communities. Through a suite of programs—including mentorship initiatives, leadership retreats, technical assistance, communities of practice, and racial equity trainings—FSLN invests in grassroots leaders and amplifies innovative, community-led solutions vital for systemic change. By providing access to resources, facilitating meaningful connections, and nurturing a diverse pipeline of talent, FSLN accelerates efforts to build a food system that ensures good food, health, and opportunity for all. FSLN is grateful to be part of Multiplier, a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit umbrella organization and nonprofit accelerator that supports innovative initiatives advancing a just, sustainable, and resilient future. As a Multiplier project, we benefit from a collaborative network of mission-aligned advisors who offer strategic insight, operational support, and a strong foundation for impact.
