About FoodSpa

I am a practicing Nutritional Therapist, and like to use my platform to help communicate the message of better nutrition. Besides clinical practice, I write and present seminars on various health issues including 'Anti-aging', 'Detioxification', 'Skin Nutrition', 'Nutrition to help Combat Stress and Fatigue' and more. The presentations are created to help normal people understand how to look after their health now and in the future. The seminars work very well in an office environment for those companies wishing to support the employees and have a healthier work force. I was very recently the guest speaker at Eve Lom's conference with 'Nutrition for Skin' as the subject. For the younger members of our society I've created NutriKids - a range of engaging and informative children's books, designed to help parents and teachers encourage healthy eating habits.
