Footbridge Consulting provides organisational readiness assessments, due diligence, and adoption support for funders, investors, technology companies, and development organisations deploying capital and technology into the Global South. We assess the governance, financial management, safeguarding compliance, and digital readiness of local impact organisations (includes NGOs, social enterprises, schools, health facilities, and local government agencies) and produce structured intelligence that commissioning clients can act on with confidence. Since beginning operations in early 2025, we have completed 40+ assessments across 22 countries in 13 languages, contributing to over £3.5 million in grant funding decisions. We operate across South Asia, East Africa, and MENA through a distributed network of expert assessors with genuine regional expertise and language capability. Our assessment delivery work is the foundation from which we are building a broader intelligence and advisory capability on local impact organisations — the market segment we believe represents one of the most significant and under-served opportunities in global development finance and technology deployment.
