Payless ShoeSource Philippines has been operating since 2010 with stores in Metro Manila, Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, Lucena, Pampanga, Subic, Bacolod, Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, General Santos, Iloilo and Pangasinan.
